Preheat the oven to 325 degrees


3 Banana’s Fork Smashed

1/2c. Coconut Oil or Butter

1 Spoonful of Peanut/Almond or Cashew Butter

1.5tsp. Vanilla

1/3c. Applesauce

1/2c. Sugar

1 1/2c. Whole Grain Flour or GF Flour ( almond flour is my favorite) 

1tsp. Baking Soda

1tsp. Salt


Starting from the top of the ingredient list mix all ingredients in one bowl.

Using a fork smash the bananas in large bowl.

Add in melted but not hot coconut oil, spoonful of protein butter choice, & vanilla.

Stir together.

Then one ingredient after the other is mixed in add in remaining ingredients.

Scoop into your bite size muffin pan.


Preheated 325degrees.

Bake for 7-10 minutes or until tops are golden.
